This either was likely used as part of a veil or hat head covering, or was hung as part of the front of a dress. Could be used as a wall hanging or decorative item. As seen in the reference textbook, Silver Treasures from the Land of Sheba, by Marjorie Ransom. Age: Mid 20th century.
