Polished Brass Cleat 10"This is a polished brass cleat that measures 10" long, 2" high and 2 7 8" wide at the base. It weighs just over 2 lbs. These are great display pieces that are becoming popular as door handles as well as nautical decorating

The wood case is in good condition with some veneer chipping on the lid as shown in the pictures

The number of times the spinner turned in the water would register on the meter as miles traveled

This is a polished brass cleat that measures 10" long

These all add to the character and collectability of the float

It is made of copper and brass construction with two glass fresnel lenses

Most of these were used in commercial long line fishing in coastal Asia from the late 1950"s on

They are very robust lights weighing approximately 14 lbs

This is a rugged float that is unique and will go with any nautical décor

Please study the pictures for the condition of the cleat as it does show small casting voids which adds character to this refurbished cleat
