Description
George Kellaway After Thomas Stewardson, Lady In Costume Playing The MandolinThis early 19th century stipple engraving by George Kellaway (fl. 1821 1828) is after a painting by Thomas Stewardson (1781 1859). She turns and looks towards the heavens with hair tumbling over her lavish renaissance dress. Jewels adorn a headpiece, topped with a feather.
