Empress Mask

Empress Mask"The Empress" A wearable mask that honors and represents the etheric entities the mystic encounters during their inward journeying. The masks are made from layers of intricately laser cut birch plywood stacked and glued together. The eyes have color shifting acrylic lenses that reflect light but can easily be seen through with some of your peripheral vision limited. The back of the mask is padded for comfort and is held on with a 3 point adjustable

The sculpture also features both dichroic acrylic which changes colors based on your angle and the lighting

I power the mask with a cord running to a rechargable usb battery pack that the wearer of the mask keeps in their pocket for a long battery life and to avoid adding a heavy battery to the mask itself
