1970's Yamaha Japan SB500 Super Bass (Black)Japanese made in the late 1970's as part of Yamaha's "Super Bass" series, the SB 500 was a mid range model aimed at competing with Fender's Jazz Bass. Solid body with an aged gloss black finish, maple neck with a walnut skunk stripe (34" scale, 44mm nut width, 22 frets), it weighs 4. 3kg's.
