The famed Mount Edelstone Vineyard, located in the Eden Valley at an altitude of 400 metres, is planted to dry grown ungrafted centenarian vines which were sourced from pre phylloxera material. I am thrilled with this Shiraz

it presented to the press every style of red wine it uses in the various cuvées

The flavours fly through the mouth and yet there's more than enough weight/substance
