Made from 100% Xarello grapes grown organically in Colets vineyards, with small doses of Palo Cortado and Amontillado sherries added before bottling, the refreshing bubbly has an extra layer of nutty complexity, salinity, brioche and toast alongside primary notes of green apple, pear and citrus zest balanced by lively acidity and fine bubbles.
