Huia Vineyard RieslingRacy acidity tempered with a tiny amount of residual sugar placing this wine in the off dry style. Lemon zest, lime juice, granny smith apple and daffodils lead to a flinty, mineral finish. With some bottle age, there's a nice lick of petrol on the nose too. You will not see any pesticides, insecticides, or herbicides being used in the vineyards to retain the natural flavours of the fruits. Wild yeasts are used for the fermentation process and
