Place in Time ShirazPlace in Time wines are outstanding single vineyard wines produced only from great vintages. We have released this wine with 5 years of bottle age, it is at a wonderful point to be enjoyed. The fruit was sourced from a vineyard in Greenock in the North Western corner of the Barossa Valley.

The vines are grown on red-grey loam over sandstone and slate/shale subsoil which produces minerality within the wine

With only 100 dozen made the 'Der Zweite' is something to get on board quickly with

We bottle The Aldo early to capture the fresh fruit characters

Already embraced by many restaurants to match their cuisine we are extremely proud of this wine and showing another side to Clare Riesling

The vines are over 80 years old and are dry grown

The wine is fermented for 11 days on skins then pressed to new and older French oak barriques

left on yeast lees for 3 months
