The design features four chest and waist pockets alongside the button up front on a lightweight nylon cotton fabric. Each cuff is adjustable to three different points using the buttons. the second number is the recommended height of the wearer

the top flap also fully covers the sides allowing very little in the way of dust to come flying in to your mags - an added bonus when operating in windy
