Waterkloof BoreasWaterkloof Boreas is a red Bordeaux style blend from the Stellenbosch wine region in the Western Cape, South Africa, produced at altitude on the windswept Schapenberg overlooking False Bay. The blend is majority Cabernet Franc, with Merlot and Petit Verdot. Aromas of redcurrant, plum and red cherry are woven with cedary spice and a hint of pencil shaving, while the palate shows lifted berry fruit, subtle herbaceous edges and firm yet fine tannins.
