Dalmore 15 Year Old

Dalmore 15 Year OldDalmore 15 Year Old is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex bourbon casks. The whisky is then split equally between three different sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso for a further three years. Aromas of leather, baking spices, chocolate and toasted oak are dominant on the nose, with flavours of marmalade, creamy chocolate and spicy oak on the palate. A long, warm finish with ginger and spice notes.
