1979 Yamaha Japan SF-1000 Super Flighter Double Cutaway (Natural)Made in Japan by Yamaha in the late 1970's, the SF 1000 was the highest end model in the Super Flighter range of unique double cutaway style models (that could be vaguely compared to a hybrid between an Epiphone Wilshire and a Fender Stratocaster). Alder maple body with a set maple neck and 24 fret ebony fingerboard, weighs 4. 5kg's. This one was professionally routed and modified for a Yamaha locking tremolo system and the work is flawless.
