Originally built with two tips. The ferrules are nice and tight. Good overall condition except that the grip has been cleaned. Medium to slowish action. Dark oven tempered cane with three up nodes. The butt has two carbide strippers attached with the standard Orvis brown wraps. The snakes are chrome. The nickel silver

with the backing included on the PEI spool
and would be a great option when lightweight capacity is called for
The rod features moderately dark impregnated cane
Minor marks on the reel foot from the reel being mounted on a rod
The reel has a buttery smooth and strong adjustable drag and click and has recently had its leather drag pads replaced
