Thomas and Thomas Beaverkill Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #5A superb Thomas and Thomas Beaverkill model bamboo fly rod, 8, 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5 line. 4. 5 oz. Serial #5755. The action is just to the faster side of medium. Lightly used. There is wee bit of guide brassing, some cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrule wraps, and a hint of hand soiling to the grip. T&T pulled out all the stops on this rod. Not only is it fully engraved, but it has a light scheme of intermediate wraps. The cane is

The ferrules are oxidized and are the standard T&T swiss style with a small collar on the males

It did not original come with a rod tube but the rod will be shipped very securely

The grip is very long measuring 6 3/4" (14 corks) and is quite slim at the front but fairly large at the middle

The finish is mostly worn off but it retains a pleasant look
