Dalton Estate Petite SirahPetite Sirah is the result of cooperation between winemaker and grower who together shaped a young vineyard to produce this fine wine. This vineyard is located on the costal plain close to Gedera not far from the town of Rehovot. We have been working with the vineyard over the past few years and fine tuning the viticulture every year.

When one sinks into the Médoc

The best plot of a specific variety is vinified and aged with care in order to ensure the expression of the quality of these outstanding grapes from our Ein Dor vineyards located at the Lower Galilee terroir

the fruit continues to soak in the fermentation liquid for three months for optimal extraction of the aromatic substances and natural colorants of the fruit

very well balanced with good acidity

and tobacco wrapped together with elegant oak

and sometimes cream

2% alc/vol

together with bountiful black currant

has matured in barrels for 18 months

perfect with Mediterranean cuisine

This led to uniform and excellent awakening of the vines in the spring

tangy acidity and good length
