Vales Verjuice (French for green juice) is non alcoholic and made from unripen Shiraz grapes sourced from the Greenway vineyard in Broke, Hunter Valley. The grapes were harvested by family and friends in late January, then immediately basket pressed and after a short settling period of 3 weeks it was filtered and bottled. Vales Verjuice has the faintest pink tinge, after all it was made from Shiraz
