30's Black Lace Zip Front Belted Tunic by Franklin OriginalsThis 1930s black lace blouse is so fantastic! It's very versatile can be worn with leggings, a narrow skirt or even as a mini dress. It's made of beautiful black lace with a black rayon flounce and zipper placket. The zipper is a shiny early plastic celluloid. The cuffs on the tapered sleeves are notched and have five covered buttons and loops. A matching belt is included. I love the interesting pointed collar! Made by Franklin Originals. Very good
