80's Ruffled Organza BlouseThe somewhat stiff bias cut organza fabric gives the diaphanous ruffles on this blouse a life of their own they really float mid air with a magical quality, rather than falling two dimensionally. Princess seams make this piece close fitting and very flattering, with a defined waist. Features hidden buttons on the reverse down the front, with a snap at the top, and shoulder pads to give it a great shape they can also be removed. Measurements:
