The tapered sleeves are notched. It's fully lined in white crepe. No label. It's fully lined. It measures 13 1 2" across the shoulders, the bust is 36", waist is 30", the sleeves are 23" and the length is 24". Excellent vintage condition. Dry clean. Size Small. Catalog # 6362
