Theres a gentle nutty character, adding depth and elegance. On the palate, stonefruit flavours dominate, especially peach, alongside a delicate citrus thread and a hint of whitefleshed fruit. This Chardonnay is unoaked but goes through full malolactic fermentation giving a rounded, nutty style of white that is full yet

this hearty red pairs excellently with grilled steak

and six months’ maturation in stoneware and seasoned French oak

and Doverow in 2013 (another 20 acres)

Minimal filtering after 2/3 of the fermentation

The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for at least 7 months

This is a pure-Garnacha (Grenache) wine made from very old bush vines in Aragón

with a touch of creaminess that suggests some lees ageing and oak influence

No irrigation is used on the vineyards and very little crop control is needed due to the age of the vines naturally restricting yield
