Roebuck Estates Blanc de NoirsFrom Roebuck Estate's Roman Villa vineyard in the Sussex South Downs, this outstanding English sparkling wine is made from the black skinned Pinot Noir, making it a Blanc de Noirs style. Delicious red fruit aromas, with touches of plum, red apple skin and a toasty nuttiness from a combination of barrel ageing and prolonged bottle ageing on the lees. Carefully selected bunches were harvested by hand and gently whole bunch pressed. Partial fermentation
