Hanewald Schwerdt Spatburgunder KalkriffHints of a sweetly oaked aroma accentuates the notes of black & red berries. Lively and fresh great fruit presence all nicely tucked in with spice. Gentle but definite tannins, this wine is moreish and has a long finish. The grapes are handpicked, then cold soaked before an open fermentation. Punching down occurs by hand three times a day.
