Testalonga Baby Bandito Stay BraveStay Brave is the orange wine of the Baby Bandito gang. Kept on the skins for 12 days, followed by some rounding out in old barrels, nothing is added except a tiny amount of sulphur before bottling. A floral nose, with a little ginger spice and smokiness, get past this and the baked apple and peach notes start to seep through. Theres a lovely generosity of fruit, ripe pear and citrus, moderate acidity, and the finish is lightly grippy.
