Jonas Dostert "Pure Dolomite" Mosel 2022This is a blend of 60% Chardonnay with 40% Elbling, and to some extent, this is what the wine tastes like. It has the stoney, essential quality, the punch of Elbling with a bit more of the glossy, quinine like fruit of Chardonnay a bit, but not much, of the curves of Chardonnay. It does have an elegance that the sharper edges of the Elbling miss. It is profoundly mineral and does have more than a subtle hint of pure dolomite. Vom Boden

"Rey Perico" is Pet Nat made with Moscatel and Torontel harvested from a 60 year old vineyard in Alto Magdalena (next to the Carignan "Hombre en llamas" vineyard)
