A Third Growth in the 1855 Classification, it is a Cabernet Sauvignon led blend with Merlot and small amounts of Cabernet Franc. The wine shows a classic claret style structured yet refined. Aromas often include blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry with notes of cedar, tobacco and subtle spice.
