Description
Abel Super 3N ReelAn Abel Super 3N fly reel, 3" diameter and set up for RHW. The reel appears unfished. Highly ported large arbor design. Anodized with a colorful trout pattern on the frame and spool with a black anodized foot. Serial #2162. Black handle and the cork drag is adjusted via a black dial on the backplate. The reel packs into the original Abel cordura pouch.
Small tear at the top of the spine
Diameter is 3 3/8"
It has three pockets (two larger ones on the front and a smaller one on the left side)
The reel is in excellent ++ condition throughout
but with a wider spool
Varnish is in excellent condition
All is packaged into an original Scott tube box as well
the owner simply wanted an extra tip with the rod
Size 14/64 ferrules with a tight fit
and counterweight are all silver anodized
cap and ring reel seat over a stunning wood spacer
The grip is 6” long and composed of 1/4” corks
