Pago de Tharsys Cava Brut NatureDominio de Tharsys Brut Nature is a bone dry cava created from vines located just south of Valencia. It's a blend of Parralleda and Xarel lo, made using the Methode Champenoise before being aged in bottle for 16 months prior to release. This is a light and fresh wine with notes of citrus, apple, pear and apricot that makes a great value aperitif and a perfect accompaniment to tapas.
