GH Halstead Bamboo Fly Rod 8’6” 3/1 #7A GH Halstead bamboo fly rod, 8'6", 3 piece, 1 tip, and built for what feels to me like a #7 line. No serial number. The rod weighs 7 ounces on my scale. Fair condition. The varnish looks pretty good but the wraps could use some attention to secure them. Powerful medium to medium fast action. Light chestnut flamed cane done in a spiral node pattern. Brown main wraps with a band of olive and red at the keeper, red at the male ferrule. Perfection
