Saracione Mark V Fly Reel 3 3/4"A superb Saracione 3 3 4" Mark V Salmon reel, set up for LHW. Excellent condition, bordering on near mint. There is a small trace of rim rash on the "resting spot" on the frame edges and some tiny mounting marks on the foot, but the reel is very clean otherwise. It must have been very sparingly fished. Serial #395. 3 3 4" diameter with a 1 5 32" spool width and it weighs 11. 5 ounces on my scale. Joe designed this model to hold 6 7 8 weight lines and

This is a mint unfished browntone with a nice medium action

the wraps lack a black band against the winding check as well as a black band on the ferrule end of the male and female ferrule wraps

The snake guides are bronze

The rod is perfectly straight and the ferrules are tight
